Three questions we hear most
Yes. The Washington yard office is our base, but we work with yards and offices across the United States. Design sessions can run remotely, and we schedule a visit to your site for the yard walk and the handoff sitting, which are the two moments where being in the room matters most.
A first bay usually takes two to four weeks from the signed yard walk brief. That includes the design pass, the build, the test against sample data and one live shift. We set a delivery date in the brief and we keep the scope small on purpose so the date holds.
We use sample data for design and testing wherever possible. When live data is needed, it is shared through a secure channel and deleted at the end of the engagement. Our full practices are described on the privacy policy page, and we will sign a separate confidentiality agreement if your office requires one.
